Service scope and cleaning-only business
PEEK PRESSURE provides exterior cleaning services only. Our services are limited to cleaning activities such as pressure washing, related exterior surface cleaning, and interior or exterior vehicle cleaning within the scope we agree with the customer. We do not provide construction, remodeling, alteration, repair, replacement, installation, painting, coating, sealing, resurfacing, landscaping, roofing, electrical, plumbing, structural work, or other property-improvement or modification services.
Nothing in this Privacy Policy, our website, a quote, or a customer communication is intended to represent that PEEK PRESSURE performs or is licensed to perform work that requires a contractor license, permit, registration, or other credential that we do not hold. If a requested project falls outside our cleaning-only scope or requires credentials we do not have, we may decline the request or refer the customer to an appropriately qualified provider.
What we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect: identifiers such as your name, email address, phone number and account or session identifiers; commercial information such as requested services, quote or booking details and transaction information; internet or electronic activity information such as website interactions; approximate property or service information; and other information you voluntarily provide, including messages and photos.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, understand cleaning requests, prepare or discuss quotes, schedule and provide services, communicate with customers, maintain security, prevent abuse and spam, operate our website and systems, keep limited customer context when enabled, and comply with legal obligations.
Lucy, our AI assistant
Our website uses Lucy, an AI assistant, to answer service questions and help collect leads. Lucy may use limited service-related context previously provided by a customer so the customer does not have to repeat basic details. Customer memory is limited to service context such as name, contact information, service, location, property type, approximate size, surface, condition and timing. We do not intentionally use customer memory to make decisions about credit, employment, housing, insurance, education, or other similarly significant matters.
We do not intend to retain full chat transcripts as customer memory. Please do not provide passwords, payment-card information, government identification numbers, health information, or other sensitive personal information through Lucy, email, or text.
Sources and disclosures
We collect information directly from you through the website, Lucy, email, text, phone, scheduling tools and other communications. We may disclose information to service providers and contractors that help us operate website hosting, AI assistance, email, scheduling, security, communications and lead handling. We do not sell personal information for money. We do not knowingly share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here, legal obligations, dispute resolution, security, accounting and business records. Limited Lucy customer memory may be retained for up to 180 days unless deleted earlier. Other records may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for the service relationship or legal requirements.
Cookies and similar technology
Our site may use essential cookies or similar technologies to maintain a secure session and support site functionality. We do not use cookies for the purpose of selling personal information.
California privacy rights
California's Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, applies to businesses that meet statutory thresholds and other requirements. If the CCPA applies to PEEK PRESSURE and to your information, California law may give you rights to know about, access, correct, delete and obtain information about certain personal information, and to opt out of certain sales or sharing. You may also have the right to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information and to receive equal treatment for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Because PEEK PRESSURE is a small service business, we do not represent that we meet the CCPA's statutory applicability thresholds. We nevertheless provide the privacy choices described here as a good-faith privacy practice. The CCPA's applicability and requirements can change as the business grows or the law changes.
How to make a privacy request
Email [email protected] with the subject line “Privacy Request” and describe what you are requesting. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request, particularly when the request involves access to or deletion of personal information. We will not use your privacy request to discriminate against you or deny services to which you are otherwise entitled. Nothing in this section limits rights available under applicable law.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including access controls and security measures for limited customer memory. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
Our services are intended for adults and property owners, residents, businesses and other customers seeking exterior cleaning services. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through Lucy or intentionally direct the service toward children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices or applicable law changes. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version.
